Are we allowed to store other constants to help with strategies within our script?
Example - storing the lists of which NATIONS can access a certain COUNTRY. I know in the past contests, this might have been considered "lookup tables", which were illegal. |

As there is no restriction on lookup tables in this contest I would say go for it...
I would also say go for it because xs0 always tried to find a way to do a lookup table even though I always said 'no look up tables' ;) |
