Am I correct in saying that the only output that we need to develop is the Place, Attack, and Move text?

We don't have to change anything else, correct? For example, change the URL params.

Also, could someone explain a little more in detail why there are "x's" on the first turn. I'm a little confused as to why they're used :/

Yes, we only print the place, move and attack orders. This is the only input the judge script will need and accept. No need to change the URL because as it looks to me our scripts will be include()'ed in some way, not the other way around.

The 'X' on the first turn are there to give a disadvantage to the first two players (as the third one can easily calculate the fourth players territories).
