I considered 3 times to submit my code, but I always hesitated when I saw the output of the other contestants (times + points); because mine where really much lower.
Now I know why: I still have to learn a lot...
although I'm a professional (mainframe) programmer.

I do not see a submission for you in my box. I do reply to all submissions personally, did you receive a confimation? I don't delete any emails and I don't see it anywhere in my box. Would it have been submitted as any other name besides Jeff Allen?

Do i need any username password to access the ftp site? As i use anonymous login, it said "Can't build data connection: Connection refused". And idea? Thanks.

Try changing your FTP settings to use PASV (passive) instead of PORT

Thanks for your congratulations. I'm really the first one to be surprised that i won :-)
If you allow me, I think our biggest thanks and congrats first goes to Matt for organizing such nice contests and for all the time he spend managing all that. So, whoever won, Matt will always be N° 1 :-)

It was quite fun to participate and i already wish good luck to all future participants (and lot of courage to Matt because i feel the number of submissions is going to increase quickly :-)

No, I did not receive any confirmation, although I wasn't expecting one, or I would have said something sooner.

No, it would have been addressed from me at my work address.

In fact, I just forwarded a copy of the original email to contest@codewalkers.com again...
