wraparounds

correct me if i'm wrong, but (as it has been mentioned before in the forum,) QKA23 does not count as a straight. However, I've always thought that A2345 and TJQKA are both valid straights (thus the ace is like a "pivot point.") The stone-cold "no wraparounds" remark seemed to imply that one of these wasn't allowed.

So the question:
Are TJQKA and A2345 both considered straights?

Only TJQKA would be valid as in this game, Ace is a high card and not playable as a low card.
