Experts remain silent..

Good topic.. There are lot of people like that in here so called the experts.. Forget about the 12 year old, the ones who are 10 cows age do the same thing..
I think real experts have the job of their own class.. Real experts don't call themselves as experts.. They remain silent..
I feel that when u have a clear vision u have nothing to do in the land of the blind rather than guiding the one eyed king also helping the blind..
But I do agree with the fact that these ones so called the experts shouldn't take the job that they can't handle..

RE: Experts remain silent..

I just gave my opinion on the pasture that Experts should remain silent.. If zombie feels the other way he has all the rights to do so.. I'm not downgrading the skills of zombie.. I know that he is an EXPERT.. zombie is zombie.. I have gone through almost on all his posts..
I just want to know whether the other experts in there feel the same way too..

RE: Experts remain silent..

everybody is an expert at SOMEthing. a non-expert php programmer can still out-skill an "expert" php programmer at a certain aspect of the language, if that's the only aspect they ever studied.

i think, personally, that an expert is simply somebody that actually tries to understand whatever it is they're doing, silently or not.

RE: Experts remain silent..

zombie: I don't think you have to pay Matt to be an admin.. Your skill has proven that you are an expert..

What I meant by remaining silent is that a real expert has no reason to self proclaim that he is an expert.. His skill will make him one..

A good definition for an expert by notepad..

That was a good answer..
