Is Microsoft Afraid of Me?
Whevever I post a message that criticizes Microsoft - on this forum, a political forum or anywhere else - people come out of the woodwork to attack me.
They claim that Bill Gates is a philanthropist, and Microsoft provides jobs and pays lots of taxes (even though Gates' philanthropy is phony, he outsources jobs and he cheats like a sieve on taxes). It isn't hard to pick these arguments apart with a little logic. Which brings up another question: What's everyone so afraid of? In Postal Cow's latest Microsoft essay, he wrote the following: "I read posts of Microsoft hate and how they crusade to end Microsoft as we know it. One, they will never succeed in destroying Microsoft and two thank goodness they can't." End of story. I can't destroy Microsoft because I'm just an insignificant whistleblower. My enemies have dismissed as someone who's just jealous of Bill Gates' wealth, a simple loser, a complainer, a liberal, blah, blah, blah. Yet when I write about Microsoft, everyone rushes to get the wagons in a circle and man the barricades. If Microsoft is truly invincible, then people would just laugh at me or ignore me altogether. But the reactions I inspire - especially during Campaign 2004 - suggest that Bill Gates is running scared. Isn't that right, William? |

We are all on Microsoft's pay roll. We follow you around and post these things whenever you make a negative remark about our king Bill or his company.

RE: Is Microsoft Afraid of Me?
Actually, the real reason is that the entire world does not buy into your wacko theories. You speak dribble and completely illogically. People are standing up for what they believe is right.

The entire world? Really? I guess it's just my imagination that millions of people around the world hate Microsoft Bill Gates. The articles I THOUGHT I read about other nations seeking ways to escape Microsoft never really existed. No one has ever sued Microsoft, which has never driven anyone out of business or screwed any consumers. No one has ever described Microsoft as a security threat. Heck, Microsoft doesn't even offer free security patches, because they aren't necessary! What on Earth was I thinking when I suggested that anyone but me is a Microsoft critic??? |

"Yes, my friends, that is our friend codebear acccessing the site. Why oh why is he running Windows?!"
Because Windows was the only OS I was aware of when I bought my first computer years ago, and Windows was pre-installed on the Dell computers I later brought, which means all the software I purchased was Windows. That's why they call it a M-O-N-O-P-O-L-Y - DUH. |

I'm up to my eyeballs in projects, including over a dozen websites. I don't have time to get Linux up and running, the download and install all the necessary software and learn how to use it. In addition, I use Dreamweaver, which is not Linux friendly. So I'm just taking it one step at a time. I've moved all my websites to Linux servers. I've replaced Internet Explorer with Mozilla, and I recently installed OpenOffice. I started learning about Apache, MySQL and PHP a couple weeks ago. As I find the time and money, I'll probably migrate to Linux or Apple, or a combination. Sorry to shoot you down again. |

1. If I sound repetitive it's probably because I get the same stupid questions and non-arguments all the time. But if you take a close look, I really cover a lot of territory. 2. I don't view chatboard banter as a complete waste of time, as you obviously do. Taking on half a dozen critics (and kicking their butts) sharpens my writing, thinking and debating skills. It also helps publicize Microsoft's corruption. Before I came along, there was little evidence that anyone here thought poorly of Mr. Gates. Now people can view my posts, which several other people promote with their constant sniping. 3. I'm getting nowhere? Really? If that's the case, then why are so many people so upset with me? They act like they're rather frightened. Moreover, I learn certain things from these threads, things I later discuss in my articles. |

What is this Linux stuff he keeps talking about? It was removed from my brain when I was assimilated by Microsoft.

RE: Is Microsoft Afraid of Me?
P.S. Let me offer an example. I'm working on an article about the stupid arguments people use to defend Microsoft at this very moment, and the last few threads I started have been a gold mine.

A legend in his own mind.....and no one else's. I wouldn't call what you are doing "kicking their butts". You are incoherntly babbling about nothingness. You refuse to answer direct questions. You, sir, are a first class loon. |
