Actually, thats part of the reason I joined here I was like
"any site who has an admin with a name about cows has to be awesome" and henceforth....

OK that was mean.

I do love the Cow Pasture articles though. Quite entertaining.

Been spending some time reading through posts; bulletin boards aren't usually big for me because they're real easy ways to burn 4 or 5 hours off.

Thought I might say hi and introduce myself since I'm around and loving the site (since this seems to be a "codewalkers love" thread)...I'm a 25 yr old marketing geek from Northern California. My main background is IT; smalltime IT though as I've mostly worked with personal systems and very small business systems. Databases and dynamic websites are new. ;) I'm quite happy to see that there are excellent resources here for PHP. Didn't want to learn ASP particularly and purchase all that software...for some miniscule websites that will probably never turn enough profit to justify the cost.

Hopefully I'll start popping around here more often. Right after I start figuring out PHP and get my PHP test site built.
