yes, ppl are inovative. what is more inovative is a group of ppl on the same wavelength working together.
but when m$ buys company, in 90% of times, they dismantle teams like that.. they don't care about that idea/technology. they don't care to make money on it. (most of the times they sell the company for even less). they don't realy care for ppl. (they leave just a fiew).
they only care to take that product off the market. and they do their best job to asure that the same company when sold, or the same ppl when layed off dont continue to work on that product, or anything similar... ever!
now, *that* is evil..
most of that where startup to small companies with a good product. not much where owned by some rich ppl i presume..
i don't remember that much info. it is all from a article that i have read. (very strongly backed up with links to public data about companies being sold).
if i come onto that article again, i will post it here....
