Cannot install PEAR
I downloaded the altest PHP.
When I run the bat file to install pear I see nothing and pear does not install. I have tried on two PCs at home and at work. What could be wrong.

Please ask at only place. It's annoying to answer something and to see then that the problem is already solved.
