Http_upload MAX_FILE_SIZE no error

Using the http upload if can t find a way to report an error regarding the file size.

the bug is documented here http://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=2251

At the bottom of the thread it says the issue is solved in cvs.

I dont know what this means?

Where to i find the resolved class in cvs?

Thank if any one can help.
