MacPorts PEAR Install Help Needed

I installed Apache2, PHP5, and MySQL5 over the standard OSX installs and I am now not able to get the PEAR HTML Templates working. I don't understand what I need to do next after I install PEAR using MacPorts. I cannot find the HTML_ITX template files anywhere.
