PEAR DB install
Hello:
Has anyone had any trouble installing PEAR DB? When I try to install with `pear install db` i get the following error.... could not create lock file: failed to open stream: Permission denied anyone know why this would be? Thanks!

Sounds like a permission error....pear my have been initially installed by root and you are trying to install the DB classes with another user....
Try using root account to install...
