Pear Installation

I am trying to install pear-php but it keeps on failing, can anyone here help me ? It's a IIS 6 installation of pear and I am running php 4.4.3. When I run the go-pear.bat file located in my php directory I get the following : SIZE=1]Welcome to go-pear! Go-pear will install the 'pear' command and all the files needed by it.
