Pear package installation
hi there.
im having a bit of trouble installing a pear package.
here's the environment/situation.
i had a website on a linux based local webserver with PEAR Mail installed for email functionality
for speed and bandwidth reasons, i uploaded the site to a shared remote web server also running linux. i am trying to install PEAR Mail and it almost completely worked except for a package (Structures_Graph). as its a shared remote server, i installed PEAR using the go-pear.php file and manage PEAR using the web interface. when i try to manually install the missing package, i get an error stating:
downloading Structures_Graph-1.0.2.tgz ...
Starting to download Structures_Graph-1.0.2.tgz (30,947 bytes)
......
...done: 30,947 bytes
XML Error: 'not well-formed (invalid token)' on line '10'
Download of "pear/structures_graph" succeeded, but it is not a valid package archive
Error: cannot download "pear/Structures_Graph"
i really need this to work!
if anyone has any ideas on how i can force this package to install, i'd be very greatful
kind regards
jack Lindsay
