Slash backslash URL problem

Hi,

I've installed Wamp with Pear on Windows 7 to run Maarch (a record management program).

When going to php pages using Pear, there is a problem causing an additional slash and backslash in the URL. For exemple:

http://localhost/\/apps/maarch

In Firefox, this causes the page not to load, while Internet Explorer manages to find the page.

How can I get rid of this additional slash backslash?
