Family Rating Code

I am running the latest release of PHPNuke Platnium which is doing great. I have a Christian Website and I am trying to install a rating tag to it but have had no luck thus far. The Rating Site only gives instructings for html and tells me to place it in the header.

I have tried placing it in the file where the meta tags are at as it is somewhat like a meta tag with no luch and I have tried changing it from html to php and have had no success.

If someone could assist me in this, it would be greatly appreciated.
