http 405

I am having a devil of a time with the Paypal IPN. I am able to purchase but am unable to get the script to fire. The latest turn of events I am getting an http 405 error. I don't know if it's the syntax of the hidden fields a parameter I need to get my hosting company to change or a coding error on my part -- either with the purchase page or the underlying IPN PHP script.

I can provide details. Has anyone familiar with this error. I've done a lot of forum searching. Paypal has been little help. Looking for a codewalker to point me in the right direction.
