payment processing system
i am working on payment processing system using php5,windows platform, for my final year project,this is suppose to be implemented on the intranet
i have issues with the following 1.transaction since i wont be using third-party web setrvice like paypal 2.i am going to use xml or database for real time operation glad to hear from you

the project is supose to perform transaction for my university.
student pay online via the intranet debits the student bank's account credits the school accont i hope this is clear enough, i need suggestions,thanks
