PHPBB Syndication Help

am wondering how to specificly specify a forum to fetch the content from instead of having it fetched from all forums, here is the forums URL ( www.jobro.bur.st/c7/forums ), here is the fetch all page script ( http://jobro.bur.st/c7/forums/mods/phpbb_fetch_all/examples/simple.php )

If it isn't obvious to you, I want only the "Announcements" forum on the script page.

Also, if you know of a better way to do it than this program just give us a yell!
