cookies

kk, for some reason my cookies dont seem to stay set for the correct amount of time

setcookie('username', $_POST['uname'],'time()+60*60*24*365*10', '/');

as far as i can dereive from this, my cookie should be set for 10 years. But whenever i go to my site with a new browser, its not the case. Any suggestions why?

Single quotes tell php to not interpret what is between them... take out the quotes surrounding the time calculation:

?>
