Hey Matt, how did you...
Hey Matt, how did you get your code to run through the highlight_file() function inside a textbox? Everytime I try it, I somehow screw it up. In IE, my page shows no error but doesn't display any code, but the source code shows an error that doesn't appear on the page. I am referring to the seecode.php page.
This is an example of my solution: http://firsttube.com/tubecode/display.php?file=hitcounter.php Thanks -Adam |

RE: Hey Matt, how did you...
I see your solution and that is what I originally tried. The problem with putting it in a table is that some scripts end up with too many non-breaking spaces in a row after running through highlight_string and it caused the web page to expand where I don't want it to expand. So, what I did was use an IFRAME with an external file displayed in it. There is actually a script called getcode.php and that is what you are seeing in the IFRAME. Anyway, it's not perfect, it doesn't work in Netscape 4.x. Been thinking of other ways to do it, if I come up with something I'll let you know
