iptc "APP13"
anyone familiar with the image block APP13 used for copyrights and other things?
i can't seem to write to this block on particular images, but i can for the majority.. ?? they're all the same format i'm just wondering why some don't have the block and won't let me create it

i'm not sure.. the one that i can't get to work was made with a digi-cam. and had xgif or something like that written in it even though it's clearly a jpeg
