JPEG / PNG Creation

I am having problem..
I am running on Win98, Apache 1.3
PHP 4.2
according to my phpinfo.php file i have got GD v2.0 Installed and PNG and JPG functions enabled but i am not able make a single image.. i tried just copying and pasting the code from tutorals but nothing.. page is blank..

and yes all other php is working..

stick:

error_reporting(E_ALL);

at the top of your script...that might show you an error message that is occuring..if you get one, post it back here. Otherwise, post some code that isn't working....

Dont use jpeg. just png.
OR you will pay for it ...
