looking for suggestions
Hi, I'm relatively new to php, I've been self schooling for a couple of weeks and the biggest problem that I'm having is with trying to think of things to do that will further develop my abilities. So far I've mastered such pieces of art as online noughts and crosses and hangman, the latter even allows you to include your own words in a text file so the game can keep on expanding, ooh ahh. So basically I'm looking for ideas for relatively small tasks that I can attempt and stand some sort of chance of figuring out on my own that will also push me to develop further. At present I'm staying away from databases purely because I'm waiting on a training course for the companies preferred db and I want to avoid picking up any(well too many) bad habits. I've got a couple of years of university behind me so I'm familiar with a lot of theory and have got a not unreasonable basing in other languages including C++ and java. So if you have any thoughts they would be appreciated.
Thanks guys/gals/others
