ltw_calendar: why does it start with sunday?
and how can I change it so that it starts with monday?

At the moment there is no easy way I can tell you to go in and change the day it starts on. This is a feature I wouldn't mind adding. Honestly, though, I haven't had time to dedicate to coding any more on the calendar....I will go on my list of things to do however...
