noob - Need to get statistics from other web.

My query is regarding PTC (paid to click) website's stuff.
Actually i use to manage my referral clicks in an excel sheet and it gets a lot of heck doing this all day long one by one for different ptc sites.

I want to create a php script that can get those of my referral's clicks from PTC site (obviously when i log in) and then save it into MySQL then i will further echo each record from MySQL into a page so my referrals can see their statistics on my web.

I think this program is gonna use php curl function (that m completely unaware about. But) that i wanna learn as well.

It might need to know some functions like preg_match or regex that m confused about. But gonna thank you guys if you help me with this and make those concept clear so i can use much of what i learn from you along with my experiences.
