Please explain

Below is the PHP code of one of my sites pages, I did not design it, Iam learning. When you go to www.lifetimetennis.com.au and click on lets say pro tennis the link is http://www.lifetimetennis.com.au/protennis.php so I gather its a PHP page. Now if I want to design a page lets say locations how do I go about doing that?

RE: Please explain

all depends if you are using includes for your footers, headers, and in between material. I would assume you are...is there a log in section with sessions>?
what is the content of the locations going to be about?
What do you want the reader to know, or ask of the reader...?

There is a ton of things that you have to decide before a vague question such as this can have any bearing to a compriable answer.
