spanish characters in php/mysql
I have a MySQL table which contains strings with spanish characters in (i.e. accented 'e's and 'a's). When I display the table within MySQL they work fine, however when I retrieve the data via php and display it in HTML the accented characters have dissapeared and been replaced by commas and spaces.
Any help would be much appreciated. Will (waps100@york.ac.uk)
