VERY URGENT Help Pleeeeease I lost everything :(

Help Guys,

I did a lot of work yesterday and I didn't backup my local database that I was working on. This mourning I tried to login to my localhost mysql db through MySQL-Front and MS-DOS but I couldn't and it gave me the following error:

ERROR 2003: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)

and when I checked WinMySQLadmin in the Err File tab, I found the following errors:

020929 15:59:46 MySql: Table 'mysql.host' doesn't exist

020929 1:41:30 MySql: Shutdown Complete

020929 1:41:29 MySql: Normal shutdown
MySql: ready for connections

In phpinfo() page I looked at mysql section and I found that there's no section for MySQL support, only deravitives exist!

Please help me .... I'm lost ....

RE: VERY URGENT Help Pleeeeease I lost everything :(

Check your mysql/data/mysql directory and make sure you have 3 files that start with host...if you don't then the table got corrupted or something. if that is the case, I would back up the directory that has all your tables in it..it should be a directory like mysql/data/yourdbname...then reinstall, and then copy those files over....

if it does exist, check the my.cnf file and make sure all the paths look ok in there...
