aeDating 4.1 IQ

My problem is when it comes to install, no matter what I try I can not get this to install. Here is what is in the manual:

Running installation file
Open your browser (such as Internet Explorer, Opera or FireFox) and in its address bar run “http://your-domain/path-to-aeDating/install/index.php” (don’t forget to change “your-domain” to your actual domain name, and “path-to-aeDating” to the name of the folder you have chosen for aeDating [if you’ve chosen to install it to the root folder, remove this part of the URL]).

I've tried everything, so any help will be appreciated.

Did you ever figure things out and install? I am having problems like
