Apache & IIS
I have already installed Internet Information Server (IIS) because I have WinXP PRO. Do I have to install APACHE as well to use php and mysql?
I think that all I have to do is to install php and mysql without Apache. Is that correct? Thank you

That is correct, PHP and MYSQL are not dependent on Apache. In fact MySQL is not dependent on a webserver at all. Make sure you follow the PHP installation instructions for Windows carefully as it will save you a lot of headaches.
