At the beginning
I don't know how to install Php under Apache..so..I must run it under IIS where I don't have problems but I think that Apache is better then IIS....I tried to reading the install.txt and this stuff but it didn't worked..

Try using phptriad...I have it mirrored here in the PHP Support section...it will install php and apache for you...
