E-mail Setup

Hi there here is my problem I have Win 2K3 and php 5.0 well I am trying to install one script to run it on my website when I finish installing the script I get another window that it says thank you go and check your e-mail for detalis but when I go to my e-mail I do not have e-mails I know this is something with the configuration between PHP and Win 2K3 server but my problem is that I am just learning both.

Can someone HELP ME???
