erm...im no expert

okay...i know so little about PHP...this is something im trying to figure out for my website.

The first and most important thing is that the message board is messed up

I backed up the database on the old server

when i try to install it on the new one
it does not load all the way
User names, user data, old posts etc are missing

I know I have all of it in the data base because I can see it all.

The server tells me I am missing data

Other people tell me that you can only upload around 2mb of a database
which seems to be the case
because that is what happens when i try to restore it.

Do You know anything about this???
