Error Need Recompile with -DEAPI

I've downloaded and installed the Apache 1.3.26 with mod_ssl
for the windows platform.
Now when i installed php4.3.0 i'm getting the following error
message When I start the Apache server :

"Loaded DSO C:/php/sapi/php4apache.dll uses plain
Apache 1.3 API, this module might crash
under EAPI! (please recompile it with
-DEAPI)"

Does someone alredy have the php compiled as such?
If yes can you please mail it ot me or send me an
address where i can download it.

Or explain to me how to recompile php with -DEAPI?

I've had the same problem for some time now. I would like to get some resolution to this problem. Calling all those people in the internet, if you come across some solution, please post a resolution to us here.
