help -- adding links?

hey i unno if this is the right place. its not really installation based but i was jus lookin for a little guidance as to how to add links to a page (well a live chat in my case). kk well in the webpage layout i went to manage pcw pages and i added a new page. i put in the link to the live chat, teh link name, for php filename i just put livechat uh menu order 1, target window self, left both boxes empty and group is user center which is available to anyone.. so ya i did that and it didnt show up on the user centre.. ummm yeah.. sorry if this is in wrong place or if i sound like a dumbass but yeah. if anyone knows anything about adding links let me know plz
