HELP !! PHP upgrade = no MySQL
Hi
I've just completed my PHP upgrade from V3 to V4 and now none of my MySQL DB's are accessable?? What did I do wrong? Would anyone please help my out? FreeBSD 4.4 MYSQL 3.23.43 Tx |

upload this script:
call it and then see what it says under MySQL another thing you can do from the command line move to the directory where MySQL is installed and type - mysqld --console which I think makes sure the MySQL daemon is running (mysqld) |

Hi
That was the first thing I've checked and MySQL is running, I've even stoped and started it. The strange thing is that all the PHP scripts/sites that use the BD's does not even give me an error, it just does not function. For example: http://users.deadset-chat.com/billy_gun is a links directory, when you click one of he categories it is like the page only refresh. Thanks for the help |
