HELP !! PHP upgrade = no MySQL
Hi
I've just completed my PHP upgrade from V3 to V4 and now none of my MySQL DB's are accessable?? What did I do wrong? Would anyone please help my out? FreeBSD 4.4 MYSQL 3.23.43 Tx

upload this script:
call it and then see what it says under MySQL another thing you can do from the command line move to the directory where MySQL is installed and type - mysqld --console which I think makes sure the MySQL daemon is running (mysqld)

That was the first thing I've checked and MySQL is running, I've even stoped and started it. The strange thing is that all the PHP scripts/sites that use the BD's does not even give me an error, it just does not function. For example: http://users.deadset-chat.com/billy_gun is a links directory, when you click one of he categories it is like the page only refresh. Thanks for the help
