I need Aedating /inc/header.inc.php

Hello people,

I have one serious problem whit my site www.itsyourdate.nl
I missing the file /inc/header.inc.php in my FTP. The software it's from AEdating type 4.1
Can you please help me the file /inc/header.inc.php for me the fixen one copy.

header.inc.php is created during the installation...

If you are just installing aeDating and uploading a new distribution, header.inc.php file does not exist. It is created by the installation program.
