JUST UPGRADED FROM 6.9 to 7.0 NOW I CANNOT CREATE BLOCKS?
I am new to PHP/MySQL and had my site working 95% flawlessly until my upgrade to 7.0 this weekend, now I cannot create blocks from the admin menu
I can select new or old files from the dropdown list and give block a title and select "Make active" and then create it but it takes me back to blocks admin and no block is there ???? Please help me - I have NO CLUE WHAT TO DO http://www.cop-players.com

What program are you talking about? PHP is only up to version 4.3.4 and MySQL is only up to version 4.0.17.
