Need PHP Photo file uploader on website

I do not know anything about PHP Except that i need it to add sevaeral photo browse/upload components to a form on my website.

The form is set to go to an email address which is where i want to go BUT i dont know how to add the necessary script to the HTML to get it done.

On this particular page I would want three photos to be able to be uploaded BUT i will have several other pages where I will need to use this function (I am on a UNIX server, whichi is why i cannot use the upload component inlcuded in the web editor) Can anyone help me? This is probably super simple IF you know what youre doing but I dont, obviously.
