Pfpro installation

For two weeks my server admin has been trying to install my cc processor on my site. He has been receiving errors such as -

The CC keeps returning an ERROR 21

So, now I am trying to get to install the pfpro extension on my site but we don't know how. If you can install this -

which c compiler are you using? I know some of these PHP programs are meant to compile under gcc, and Sun's CC compiler sometimes goofs up in the process....if you have gcc, you might want to set the flag for it to try to compile under it when u run make.....
