PHP Install on Mac OS X 10.5.7
Hi,
I'm following the guide to install PHP on my Mac. My Mac's build is: Mac OS X 10.5.7 2.4Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo 2 GB 1067 MHz DDR3 So anyway... i'm following the PHP install guild for Mac OSX and it starts by saying: Locate and open the Apache configuration file. By default, the location is as follows: /etc/httpd/httpd.conf so i open up Terminal enter sudo, type "cd /" on the command line and find "etc" BUT there doesn't seem to be a httpd folder there?? instead, i ran: bash-3.2# find / -name httpd.conf -type f -print find: /dev/fd/3: Not a directory find: /dev/fd/4: Not a directory /Library/Application Support/Apple/ParentalControls/ContentFiltering/httpd.conf find: /net/localhost: Operation timed out find: /net/broadcasthost: Operation timed out /private/etc/apache2/httpd.conf /private/etc/apache2/original/httpd.conf i'm guessing the files in question are: /private/etc/apache2/httpd.conf /private/etc/apache2/original/httpd.conf But i'm not sure which one i need to configure? Thanks, Stephen |
