PHP install on win2000 w/ apache
i have installed apache without any problems and i have setup php following all instruction but i can't get a test php file to work from localhost/test.php(404:Not Found error), but it works at the command prompt. i have configured the php.ini and httpd.conf files according to various tutorials. here are copies:

I would check the document root of your Apache web server Chief - if the 404 error is coming up, then according to the server, that page doesn't exist. Ensure that your test.php is located in the folder that httpd.conf points to (in your case, C
