PHP/nginx 502 Bad Gateway

Hi there,

I keep getting this error when trying to install MediaWiki on my Debian VPS. It seems as though there might be an error with php5-cgi, but that's been working fine for the past 5 months or so. I think MediaWiki's installing process is too large but this has never happened before since I got fcgi working.
