PHP4 & Apache2 HELP!!!!!

I Have followed ALL instructions found in the posts here, but i cant make it work
wheh i edit the apache httpd.conf file and add the line

LoadModule php4_module c:/php/sapi/php4apache2.dll

Apache does not start and displays the next message when typing "apache -t" in the command prompt

APACHE: module "c:php4buildsnapsapiapache2filtersapi_apache2.c" is not compatible with this version of Apache (found 20020628, need 20020903).
Please contact the vendor for the correct version.

Im using WinXP
