phpAutoMembersArea install problem

Need Help with installing of phpAutoMembersArea?
I have unpacked all files unchanged from the instructions, put them in my web site directory so it's mydomain.com/phpAutoMembersArea. When I go to install it I get:

Attempting to create new tables...
Warning: Rename failed (Permission denied) in /home/sites/site144/web/phpautomembersarea/install.php on line 117
Unable to locate "phpautomembersarea/_admin_" folder!

To re-install please rename your existing admin folder to:

"phpautomembersarea/_admin_"
"phpautomembersarea/_admin_"

Does this mean that my web server has an issue with the renaming the admin file or is a problem with the PHP

RE: phpAutoMembersArea install problem

Well I solved the problem and will post what I did just so the next person doesn't have to go through the aggrivation I had to.

All I had to do was change the chmod'ing of the main folder and all the contents and to 777 and it installed fine.
