yeah it worked in command and not in phpmyadmin .. and everything looks correct.. i don't know what is wrong

What version are you using of phpmyadmin?

You need to take out the root and password on the Username and password.. if you use HTTP auth. then you only have a control user listed... leave the others blank. there only if you use config auth.
