Trying to get php, mysql, and apache working on MAC OS 10.2.5

I am a windows guy just getting into MAC OS 10 and the new XSERVE. If someone has done an install like this on a MAC OS 10 box and has any suggestions, the help would be very welcome!
Getting it all running together is what seems to be the hangup for me. I have been reading the tutorial from mac os x hits on the subject matter but it is very old, year 2000, any new links would be helpful!!
