Updating PHP to support GD, cURL?
Hi there everyone,
I've never installed PHP before(it's always been installed when I got a server), but recently I purchased a new server, and while moving sites over, I noticed that PHP didn't have support for GD, cURL, and some other needed modules. GD is installed(2.0.33), and PHP is there(4.4.2), it just wasn't built with GD support. How do I add the support for GD & cURL? I've looked around on the web, and I see the configuration lines that people talk about(what shows up at the top of a PHP info page), but I have no idea how to fix this problem. I don't even know where to start. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. thanks, json |

RE: Updating PHP to support GD, cURL?
i've never compiled with curl support, but check out this article for getting gd support:
http://www.onlamp.com/pub/a/php/2003/03/27/php_gd.html it literally put an end to days of frustration for me. |
