url argument not working

url argument not working

I have installed latest PHP on local windows 2000 with IIS 5.0

URL arguments (like webpage?arg=value) are not passed to the script.

When I copy the script to my ISP, al works fine. Could there by a setting in the php.ini file or IIS configuration which blocked the passing of url arguments?
